How to Fix Connection Problems

Last updated: July 28, 2023

Common connection issues and solutions

If you're experiencing connection problems with our platform, here are some steps to help you troubleshoot and resolve the issues:

Check your internet connection

Before troubleshooting our application, make sure your device has a stable internet connection:

  • Try opening another website to verify your internet is working
  • Restart your router or modem if other sites are also not loading
  • If using Wi-Fi, try moving closer to your router or switching to a wired connection
  • Run a speed test to check if your connection is stable

Clear your browser cache and cookies

Outdated or corrupted cache files can sometimes cause connection issues:

  1. Open your browser settings
  2. Navigate to the privacy or history section
  3. Select "Clear browsing data" or similar option
  4. Check the boxes for "Cookies" and "Cached images and files"
  5. Click "Clear data"
  6. Restart your browser and try connecting again

Try a different browser

Sometimes connection issues can be browser-specific. Try accessing our platform using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) to see if the problem persists.

Check for browser extensions

Certain browser extensions, especially ad blockers or privacy tools, can interfere with our service:

  1. Temporarily disable all browser extensions
  2. Try connecting to our platform again
  3. If successful, re-enable extensions one by one to identify which one is causing the issue

Update your app or browser

Make sure you're using the latest version of our app or your web browser:

  • For mobile apps, check your device's app store for updates
  • For web browsers, check for updates in the browser's settings or about section

Check firewall or antivirus settings

Firewalls or antivirus software might be blocking our service:

  • Check your firewall settings to ensure our domain is not blocked
  • Temporarily disable your antivirus software to see if it resolves the issue (remember to turn it back on after testing)
