Due to the nature of digital products (wallpapers, ringtones, and video wallpapers), all sales are generally final. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Eligible Refund Scenarios:

  • Technical issues preventing the proper download or use of the purchased content
  • Content significantly different from what was advertised
  • Accidental purchase (refund request must be made within 24 hours of purchase)
  • Duplicate charges for the same item

  • Monthly subscriptions: No prorated refunds for partial months
  • Annual subscriptions: Prorated refunds may be available within the first 14 days
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
